Terms of Service

The rules and guidelines for using MyGigFlow.

By downloading, installing, or using MyGigFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About MyGigFlow

MyGigFlow is a professional band and music collaboration management platform developed and operated by MyGigFlow. The platform includes, among other things:

  • Band creation and management
  • Event and rehearsal scheduling
  • Member, freelancer, and sound engineer management
  • In-app group and private messaging
  • Financial tracking and invoicing
  • Document and file storage
  • Subscription-based premium features
  • Marketplace for musicians and technicians (advertisements)

2. Eligibility

To use MyGigFlow you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not have been previously suspended or permanently removed by MyGigFlow
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

By creating an account you declare that you meet these requirements. If you create an account on behalf of an organisation, you declare that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Immediately reporting any unauthorised use to info@mygigflow.com

MyGigFlow is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have been negligent in protecting your credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free and paid tiers:
MyGigFlow offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans with extended functionality.

Automatic renewal:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. By subscribing you authorise us (via Apple, Google, or Stripe) to charge your payment method automatically.

How to cancel:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → MyGigFlow
  • Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → MyGigFlow
  • Web: Account Settings in the app

After cancellation you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Refund policy:
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in the event of a demonstrable technical failure on our part. Refund requests can be submitted via info@mygigflow.com.

Price changes:
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance via the app or by email.

Ad credit:
Purchased ad credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and expires 12 months after purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Post content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or hateful
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Spread false or misleading information
  • Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
  • Attempt unauthorised access to the service or its systems
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile the app
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Approach or exploit minors
  • Disrupt or overload the normal operation of the service

Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal of your account, at our sole discretion and without refund.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content you submit, upload, or share via MyGigFlow, including messages, files, images, and profile information.

By submitting content you grant MyGigFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and all original content, features, functionality, software, design, logos, and trademarks are and remain the exclusive property of MyGigFlow. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, interrupt, or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. MyGigFlow is not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYGIGFLOW IS NOT LIABLE FOR: INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES; DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS; OR LOSS OF USER CONTENT.

MyGigFlow's total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid to MyGigFlow in the preceding 12 months, or €50.00, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyGigFlow, its owners, employees, and partners against all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Content you submit or share
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of the rights of third parties

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings in the app.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the service shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.

13. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. For material changes we will notify you at least 14 days in advance via the app or by email. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
