After signing up, tap "Create Band" on the home screen. Enter your band name, genre, and location. Once created, you'll receive a unique band code to share with your members so they can join.

Share your unique band code with your band members. They can go to "Join Band" in the app, enter the code, and send a join request. As admin, you'll receive a notification to approve or decline the request.

A member is a regular band member with access to all band content. A freelancer is invited per event and has limited access to only the events they're part of. A sound engineer is a technical professional invited per event, with access to specific event details like the rider and stage plot.

As an admin, tap the "+" button on the Events screen. Fill in the event details like date, time, venue, and payment info. You can then invite members, assign tasks, add a timeline, setlist, rider, and more from the event detail screen.

Yes. MyGigFlow supports multiple bands per account. You can switch between bands using the band switcher in the app. Each band has its own events, rehearsals, members, and settings.

Yes. MyGigFlow is available for both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The app is fully cross-platform and works the same way on both operating systems.

When creating or editing an event, you can set the payment amount and assign individual earnings to each member. The Wallet section gives you a full overview of income and expenses across all events and rehearsals.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link by email. Follow the link to set a new password and log in again.
